At Blackboard, we want you to love your home. If your new furniture or decor doesn't fit your space perfectly, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Blackboard account and select the order you wish to return to receive a prepaid shipping label and return authorization number.

• 2.
  Pack With Care

  Carefully repackage your items in their original boxes with all protective padding and hardware to ensure they arrive back at our warehouse safely.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided return label to the exterior of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup for larger furniture pieces.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
